TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that the Group`s earnings for the year ended 31 March
2004 will be substantially lower (`substantially` being a decrease of equal to
or greater than 30% as defined in the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements) when compared to the previous year.
The results have been reviewed by the Group`s auditors and a copy of this review
report is available for inspection at the Group`s Registered Offices.
The results will be published on or about 30 June 2004.
