AMENDMENT OF SALIENT DATES OF DISTRIBUTION OF APEXHI LINKED UNITS FOLLOWING THE
DISPOSAL OF SHOPS FOR AFRICA PROPERTY PORTFOLIO
Shops for Africa linked unit-hoIders (`unit-holders`) are referred to the
announcement published on SENS on 25 May 2004 relating to the revised salient
dates for the distribution of ApexHi Properties Limited (`ApexHi`) linked units.
As a result of further unexpected delays, unit-holders are advised that the
transfer of the portfolio will only be lodged with the deeds office on Monday,
21 June 2004 and transfer is expected to take place on or before 30 June 2004.
It has therefore become necessary to amend the salient dates of the distribution
of ApexHi linked units as follows:
