Further to the Mr Price audited results for the year ended 31 March 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders on or about 30 June 2004 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 26 May
2004.
The audited results of 2004 as referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by Ernst & Young. Their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 71st annual general meeting of shareholders will
be held at 14h00 on 30 July 2004 at Upper Level, North Concourse, 65 NMR Avenue,
Durban, 4001 to transact business as stated on the notice of annual general
meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
