APPOINTMENT AND REPLACEMENT OF A DIRECTOR
Mr KAR Moller, a nominee of SAAB AB, who was appointed to the Grintek Limited
board on 2 March 2004, has been replaced by Mr PKE Erlandsson, whose
appointment to the Grintek Limited board as a director is effective as at 22
June 2004.
Mr Moller`s replacement is underpinned by SAAB`s strategic move to establish a
SAAB AB South African company and have permanence in the country.
