FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to previous cautionary announcements, shareholders are advised that
negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may lead to
a change in control of the company.
Accordingly, ordinary shareholders and preference shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in their ordinary shares and
preference shares, respectively, until such time as a detailed announcement is
published.
