Mr. C Otto has resigned as non-executive director of m Cubed with effect from 23
June 2004. He will be replaced by Mr. M I F Smith.
Mr. IHS Sinton has indicated that he will retire at the Annual General Meeting
of the company to be held on 24 June 2004.
