Following the reconstruction of Comparex Holdings, name change to Business
Connexion Group and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE
announces the following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE/JSE Africa Mid Cap (J201) Comparex Holdings (to be renamed Business
Connexion Group) (South Africa, ZAE000054631, 6682844) will remain in the index
with a decreased shares in issue figure of 262,636,912 and an unchanged
investability weighting of 100%. 24 May 2004
FTSE/JSE Africa All Share (J203) Comparex Holdings (to be renamed Business
Connexion Group) will be treated as above. 24 May 2004
FTSE/JSE Africa Financial & Industrial (J250) Comparex Holdings (to be
renamed Business Connexion Group) will be treated as above. 24 May 2004
FTSE/JSE Africa Capped All Share (J303) Comparex Holdings (to be renamed
Business Connexion Group) will be treated as above. 24 May 2004
FTSE/JSE Africa Shareholder Weighted All Share (J403) Comparex Holdings (to be
renamed Business Connexion Group) will be treated as above. 24 May 2004
