TERMS OF THE REVISED LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 3.63

In terms of paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange, notice is hereby given that M H Franklin, an executive director of
Tiger Brands, has exercised 6 800 options, being options that were beneficially
held by him in terms of the Tiger Brands (1985) Share purchase Scheme, and has
taken a loan to fund such purchase, but has not disposed of any shares.
Details in respect of options exercised are reflected hereunder:
