Capital distribution
At the annual general meeting held today, Adcorp shareholders approved the
resolution tabled at the meeting to approve the distribution of 54 cents per
ordinary share to shareholders.
The salient dates and times of the distribution will be as follows:
2004
Last day to trade to participate in the Friday, 16 July
capital distribution
Shares trades ex-distribution Monday, 19 July
Record date to be recorded in the register Friday, 23 July
to participate in the capital distribution
Distribution to shareholders in respect of Monday, 26 July
the capital distribution
In the case of dematerialised Adcorp
shareholders, payment will be made by Monday, 26 July
crediting their accounts at the CSDP or
broker, as the case may be, as agreed to
between the shareholder and the CSDP.
In the case of certificated Adcorp Monday, 26 July
shareholders, payment will be made by cheque
or deposited directly into the shareholder`s
bank account, whichever a shareholder may
instruct, at the risk of the shareholder
concerned.
Notes:
Shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 19 July 2004 and Friday, 23 July 2004, both days
inclusive.
