ABC secures additional R 15 million loan facility from National Housing Finance
Corporation
The board of directors of ABC are pleased to announce the conclusion of
successful negotiations with the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) for
an additional loan facility of R 15 million. These funds will be extended to
qualifying clients for the purposes of home improvement loans within the niche
markets that ABC operates. The additional loan funding will increase the size of
ABC`s debtor`s book and the number of loans it provides and is expected to have
a significant impact on the overall performance of the Company over the next few
years.
