will be posted today, 30 June 2004. There have been no material changes to the
provisional audited results published on 1 April 2004.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be
held at 11h30 on Friday, 23 July 2004 at the registered office of the company,
5th floor, Yorkcor Park, 86 Watermeyer Street, Val de Grace, Pretoria, 0184. The
notice of the meeting is contained in the abovementioned Annual Financial
Statements.
