GRANT AND ACCEPTANCE OF OPTIONS
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa Listings Requirements, the following information, relating to the grant
and acceptance of options by directors is disclosed.
The directors referred to below may exercise the options accepted over a four
year period. A maximum of 25% in the 1st year, 50% in the 2nd year, 75% in the
3rd year and 100% in the 4th year respectively, may be exercised on the
anniversary of the acceptance of the options.
