RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION DATES
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Group held
at the registered office of the company on 1 July 2004, all the resolutions were
passed unanimously.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
The dates for payment of the capital distribution remain the same as previously
announced on 14 May 2004.
