TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
It is expected that there will be a substantial increase in earnings per share
and headline earnings per share of Kolosus for the six months ended 30 June 2004
in comparison to the results of the six months ended 31 October 2003. In terms
of the JSE Listings Requirements, `substantially` is defined as an increase of
more than 30%.
As the above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s shares until publication of the financial results for the 6 month
period ended 30 June 2004.
