Listings Requirements, information regarding the annual report and annual
general meeting is set out below.
Annual report
Further to Bearing Man`s final audited results for the year ended 31 March 2004,
published on 18 May 2004, the annual report was posted on Wednesday, 30 June
2004. The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Bearing Man will be held at
12:30 on Thursday, 29 July 2004 at Bearing Man Limited Head Office, 6 Tetford
Circle, Millennium Bridge Business Park, La Lucia Ridge, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual report.
