WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Shareholders are referred to the further cautionary announcements
published by Forim and Alliance on SENS on 31 May 2004. In these
announcements it was advised that negotiations were continuing which
may result in a change in control in the companies, an offer to
minority shareholders of the companies and/or an affected transaction
in terms of the Securities Regulation Code on Take-overs and Mergers.
It is now advised that as these negotiations have been terminated,
Forim and Alliance shareholders are no longer required to exercise
caution when dealing in their shares.
