Further Cautionary Announcement
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 17 November 2003, 17 December
2003, 28 January 2004, 11 March 2004, 21 April 2004 and 2 June 2004, relating to
the offer by Business Venture Investments No. 790 (Proprietary) Limited
(`BIDCO`) to acquire all of the issued share capital of Afrox Healthcare Limited
(`Ahealth`), holders of ordinary and `N` ordinary Brimstone shares
(`shareholders`) are advised that discussions are still in progress regarding
Brimstone`s participation in BIDCO. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a
further announcement is made.
