Further to the announcement dated Friday, 9 July 2004 regarding to the
resignation of Norman Denis Kennelly as an executive director of Set Point, the
Company would like to confirm that Mr Kennelly`s resignation as an executive
director has not effected his appointment as company secretary. Mr Kennelly will
continue to hold the position of company secretary of Set Point.
