RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The company announces the resignation of Mr W Northing as a director of the
company and its subsidiaries with immediate effect. Mr W Northing has also
tendered his resignation as an employee of the group and in order to facilitate
the orderly handover of his responsibilities he will leave in three months time.
