TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s headline earnings per share for the
6 months ended 30 June 2004 are expected to be materially (20% - 30%) higher
than the comparative figure of 13.9 cents per share in the previous year and
earnings per share for the 6 months ended 30 June 2004 are expected to be
substantially (100% - 130%) higher than the comparative figure of 8.8 cents per
share in the previous year.
As the financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors, shareholders are advised
to exercise caution in dealing in Sabvest ordinary and N ordinary shares until
release of the interim results which is expected at the end July 2004.
