NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Audited results
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 29 February 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial report will be distributed to
shareholders today and contain no material modifications to the audited results
which were published on SENS on 27 May 2004.
The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche. Their report
is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Copies of the annual financial report can be obtained from the Company`s
registered office or the Company`s transfer secretaries.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held in the auditorium on 26 August 2004 at Building 8, Harrowdene Office Park,
Western Service Road, Woodmead, Republic of South Africa at 14h00 to transact
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
annual financial report.
