INVESTEC - NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders
are advised that the company has posted its annual financial statements for the
2004 financial year to members today, 19 July 2004 and as the information
previously published in the preliminary report on 27 May 2004 is unchanged, will
not be publishing an abridged report.
