Trading Statement and Cautionary Announcement
In terms of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
(`the JSE Listing Requirements`),
shareholders are advised that earnings and headline earnings for the year ended
30 June 2004 will be substantially higher than those for the year ended 30 June
2003.(`Substantially` being an increase of 30% or more in terms of the JSE
Listings Requirements).
As the earnings estimate has not been reviewed and reported on by Brandcorp`s
auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
Brandcorp`s shares until the publication of the results for the year ended 30
June 2004, which are expected to be published on or about 25 August 2004.
