entered into negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of AVASA`s securities. Accordingly, holders of AVASA`s
securities are advised to exercise caution when dealing in such securities until
a full announcement is made.
The negotiations are unrelated to the African Harvest Capital (Proprietary)
Limited transaction which is still the subject of an arbitration.
