Further to the SENS announcement dated 7 June 2004, the following executive
accepted the grant of share options over ordinary shares at a price of R16.00
each, which may be paid for and taken up as follows - 40% after 1 year, 30%
after 2 years and 30% after 3 years. All share options are of a direct
beneficial nature and were approved by an executive director.
