Substantial trade in the Company`s share
The Company has been informed by Tiso Capital Partners (Proprietary) Limited
(`Tiso Private Equity`) that it has, in its capacity as the fund manager of the
Tiso Private Equity Fund 1 (`TPEF1`), disposed of approximately 15,8 million
shares held by TPEF1 in Kagiso Media. The sale represents a full realisation by
TPEF1 of its shares in Kagiso Media, in line with TPEF1`s medium term investment
mandate. Neither Tiso Private Equity nor TPEF1 had any representatives on the
board of directors of the Company.
