TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Italtile shareholders are advised that earnings for the year ended 30 June 2004
will be approximately 24% to 30% higher than that of the prior comparative
period.
Further details of the above will be provided when Italtile`s results for the
year ended 30 June 2004 are published on or about 5 August 2004.
As the results for the year ended 30 June 2004 have not been reviewed and
reported on by Italtile`s auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in Italtile`s shares until the aforementioned results are
published.
