CHANGE IN COMPOSURE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SCHAMIN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements, Schamin hereby advises that:
Mr PA Day has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 30
April 2004;
Mr AJ Reinecke has resigned as Managing Director but will stay on as an
executive director with immediate effect; and
Mr J Holland has been appointed as Managing Director with immediate effect and
will also continue to serve as the Financial Director.
