Results of scheme meeting
Shareholders are advised that the scheme of arrangement proposed by VenFin
between Intervid and its shareholders, other than VenFin and its subsidiaries
was approved by the requisite majority of scheme members at the scheme meeting
held on Tuesday 27 July 2004.
Application will be made to the High Court of South Africa (Natal Provincial
Division), located at Church Street, Pietermaritzburg, to sanction the scheme,
on Thursday 5 August 2004 at 09:30 or so soon thereafter as Counsel may be
heard.
A further announcement regarding the outcome of the application to the Court
will be published on or about Thursday 5 August 2004.
