CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Mr Alwyn Reginald Martin has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director on the Board of Barnard Jacobs Mellet Holdings Limited (`BJM`) with
immediate effect.
Mr Martin is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience and skills that will
be of great benefit to BJM and as such will chair the Audit Committee.
The Board thanks Mr Martin for his willingness to serve in this capacity and
wishes him well in his tenure on the Board.
