NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Audited results
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed to shareholders on Thursday, 29 July 2004 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 23 June
2004.
The annual financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
Their report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2004 annual general meeting of Remgro
shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 24 August 2004 at 15:30 in Somerset Suite
2, The Lord Charles Hotel, Corner Faure and Stellenbosch Roads, Somerset West to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.
