TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the board of BTG is satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on ending 31 August 2004 will reflect a substantial increase over the
financial results for the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are
further advised that the full year results are also expected to reflect an
improvement on the previous corresponding period though it is unlikely to be of
the same magnitude as for this period.
Shareholders are advised that this forecast financial information has not been
reviewed and reported on by BTG`s auditors.
