RESIGNATION AS DIRECTOR
In line with the board`s decision to restructure itself regarding its size and
composition, and in particular, the thrust to strengthen the board in the
appointment of independent directors and women, Dr Erwin Schumann has resigned
as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
Dr Schumann`s employment with the Grintek Group continues unaffected by his
resignation from the board.
