FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT:
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Bytes Technology Group
Limited (`BTG`) on even date. Shareholders are advised that CSH continues with
its discussions with BTG as their preferred bidder, which if successfully
concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company`s securities. CSH
management confirms that the process remains within a reasonable timeframe for a
transaction of this size and nature.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing
in the company`s shares until a further announcement is published.
Changes to the board of directors:
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange SA, notification is hereby given that Mr Solly Segooa was
appointed as alternate director to the CSH board, replacing Ms Nomfundo Qangule,
who has resigned as alternate director to the CSH board, effective 27 July 2004.
