NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
S A Retail posted its audited annual financial statements for the financial year
ended 31 March 2004 to shareholders on 29 July 2004. The Company is not
publishing an abridged report at this date because the reviewed financial
information published on 5 May 2004 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the 3rd Annual General Meeting of S A Retail will be
held at the registered office of the Company, First Floor, Marriott at
Kingsmead, Kingsmead Office Park, Durban at 10h00 on 20 August 2004, to transact
the business as set out in the notice of annual general meeting circulated
together with the annual financial statements.
