Unitholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to unitholders today and contain no modifications to the audited
results, which were published on SENS on 24 June 2004.
Notice is hereby given that the 2004 general meeting of Prima unitholders will
be held on Tuesday, 31 August 2004 at 10:00 at the offices of Prima at 2 Arnold
Road, Rosebank, Gauteng.
