CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
At the Annual General Meeting of Barnard Jacobs Mellet Holdings Limited (`BJM`)
held this morning Mr Thabo Stanley Seopa was appointed as an independent non-
executive director on the Board of BJM with immediate effect.
Mr Seopa has diverse experience and skills in the stock broking industry that
will be of great benefit to BJM. The Board thanks Mr Seopa for his willingness
to serve in this capacity and wishes him well in his tenure on the Board.
Mrs ATM Mokhobo, who has served on the Board as an independent non-executive
director since April 1998, has resigned with effect from Wednesday, July 28th,
2004. The Board wishes her all the best for the future and thanks her for her
long and valuable association with BJM.
