TRADING UPDATE AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa (`the Listings Requirements`), shareholders are advised that, in respect
of the year ended 30 June 2004, earnings and headline earnings are expected to
be substantially (`substantially` being an increase equal to or greater than 30%
as defined in the Listings Requirements) higher than the earnings and headline
earnings for the year ended 30 June 2003.
As the earnings estimate has not been reviewed and reported on by Digicore`s
auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
Digicore`s shares until the aforementioned results are published on or about 6
September 2004.
