Listings Requirements in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Sycom
unitholders are informed that Mr Wilhelm Christian Ross has been appointed as
non-executive director to the Board of Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited, the
management company of Sycom, with effect from 1 August 2004.
