Termination of listing
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of the reviewed preliminary
results for the year ended 30 September 2003, which were released on 18 December
2004, in which it was noted that Zarara`s listing on the JSE Securities Exchange
SA (`JSE`) was to be suspended from 23 December 2003. Since this date, the
Company has not acquired any viable assets and therefore due to the requirements
that apply to cash companies in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, Zarara`s
listing on the JSE will be terminated with effect from commencement of trade on
Monday 23 August 2004.
