Shareholders of Kolosus and Glodina are advised that negotiations are taking
place with Daun & Cie AG and KAP Beteiligungs AG (collectively `the Daun group`)
relating to a potential transaction with certain of the Daun group`s investments
which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of Glodina and
Kolosus` shares.
Shareholders in Kolosus and Glodina are therefore advised to exercise caution
when dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
