Trading update and cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised that ERP.com`s earnings and headline earnings for the
year ended 31 July 2004 will be materially higher than those of the prior
comparative year.
In this announcement the word `materially` refers to an increase of between 10%
and 30% as defined in the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements.
Further details will be provided when the provisional results for the year ended
31 July 2004 are published on or about 16th September 2004.
As the results for the year ended 31 July 2004 have not been reviewed and
reported on by ERP.com`s auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in ERP.com shares until the aforementioned provisional results are
published.
