RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa, it is hereby announced that Mr Grant Phillips has
resigned from the company and as company secretary. Such resignation will be
effective on 31 October 2004.
A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new company secretary will
be made once such appointment has been finalised.
