Following the approval of the scheme of arrangement between Kersaf Investments
(ZAE000003844) and SISA (ZAE000010104), FTSE and the JSE announces the following
treatment:
Subject to the suspension of SISA`s listing on the JSE expected on Friday 6th
August 2004, the company will remain a constituent of the FTSE/JSE Indices at
the suspended price until the results of the scheme are known. After this time,
FTSE and the JSE will issue a technical notice confirming the deletion of SISA,
the FTSE/JSE Mid Cap replacement company and the new shares in issue figure of
Kersaf Investments*.
NOTES:
*Kersaf Investments will be renamed Sun International Limited with effect from
Friday 6th August. The ISIN of Sun International Limited will be ZAE000054995.
