Shareholders are hereby notified that at the general meeting held today, the
shareholders of Pacific approved the disposal by Cape Rendezvous Hotel (Pty)
Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacific, of vacant property in Brackenfell
in the Western Cape adjoining the Cape Rendezvous Hotel, to Aroma Sands (Pty)
Limited. All the conditions precedent have now been fulfilled.
