Grintek Limited - Trading statement and cautionary
announcement
Earnings for the financial year ending 30 June 2004 are
expected to be substantially higher than those reported
in the previous financial year, based on a mix of
operational and foreign exchange gains. Following the
adoption of AC133 in the year ending 30 June 2003, the
amendments to AC125 and AC133 have been early adopted for
the year ending 30 June 2004.
Grintek`s auditors have not reviewed or reported on this
trading statement. Shareholders are advised to exercise
caution when dealing in Grintek shares until publication
of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2004,
which is expected to take place on Wednesday, 8 September
2004.
