Notice of general meeting
Further to the announcement dated 17 March 2004 regarding the Black Economic
Empowerment transaction entered into between Mustek and Safika Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited and Mduduzi Edward Gama (`the Transaction`), shareholders
are advised that a further circular containing a notice of general meeting was
posted to shareholders by the Company today, 6 August 2004 at which meeting
shareholders will be required to ratify the Transaction. The general meeting
will be held on Tuesday, 31 August 2004 at Mustek`s head office, 322 15th Road,
Randjespark, Midrand, 1685.
