APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Further to the SENS announcement of 13 May 2004, in compliance with Rule 3.59 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, Aspen confirms the resignation of Linda Philip
from the Aspen Board with effect from 31 July 2004.
The Aspen Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Werner van Rensburg as
Group Operations Director with immediate effect. Werner has an extensive
manufacturing background and excellent track record of achievement in executive
management.
