Audited results
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2004,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements were distributed
to shareholders on 27 July 2004 and contain no modifications to the reviewed
results which were published on SENS on 01 June 2004.
The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. Their report is
available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Super Group
shareholders will be held at the registered offices of the company, 27 Impala
Road, Chislehurston, Sandton, on Friday, 20 August 2004 at 09:00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
annual financial statements.
