INFORMATION REGARDING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Ellerines regrets to advise that Mr H L Mmatli, a
non-executive director of the company, passed away on 8 August
2004. He joined the group in 1960 and was appointed to the
board, as an executive director, in 1995. In April 2004, he
retired but remained on the board as a non-executive director.
His contribution to Ellerines will be sadly missed by the
directors of the company.
This announcement is made in accordance with clause 3.59 of
the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements.
